ISTE (International Technology) X POST Guiding Principles ISTE.docx https://drive.google.com Hey team, So I went to check out the ISTE Standards community link and of course it’s down right now. Story of my life. When I need it most, it takes a digital vacation. Looking through the ISTE Standards though, I really like how they line up with our OCT chart. The Collaborator and Facilitator parts feel like home to me as an international teacher. Working across cultures, languages, and online platforms has made collaboration second nature. Equity is where the critical lens comes in. The standards sound great on paper, but do all students in my context really have equal access to devices, internet speeds, and digital literacy support? That’s a tougher question. It pushes me to design lessons that can run high-tech or low-tech depending on what students bring to the table. My biggest challenge is the Analyst role.
